Michelle Buzgon helps students and adults with ADHD and executive function challenges develop customized solutions to improve time management, organization, prioritization, impulse control and nervous system regulation. Her practical, collaborative, compassionate approach helps them learn how to take advantage of their strengths and stay on track for success both in school and in life. Clients and their families gain greater awareness of ineffective behaviors and get the tools they need to enhance problem-solving, communication, confidence, resilience and productivity. Coaching sessions may be in person or by phone or video conference.
BIOGRAPHY:
Michelle Buzgon, PCC, CPCC, has been a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and The Coaches Training Institute since 2003. She is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Organization Development program, and brings her additional training in ADHD coaching, Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Coaching and grief coaching into her work to foster her clients’ skills and resilience. Michelle's professional affiliations include the International Coach Federation, Attention Deficit Disorder Association, the ADHD Coaches Organization and the Somatic Experiencing Institute. She has served on the board of directors of the ICF Metro DC Chapter, and received the chapter’s President’s Award in recognition of her community-building efforts.
Before her career transition into coaching, she spent a decade as a news editor. She led an award-winning staff and earned company recognition for managing change. She earned her journalism degree from Northwestern University.
