SERVICES:
I provide individual, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adolescents and adults, addressing a variety of issues, with a focus on mood disorders, adjustment/transition issues, school-related issues, expatriation/repatriation, athlete mental health, identity, and grief.
BIOGRAPHY:
I'm originally from the Midwest, and have practiced domestically and internationally (Southeast Asia). I have worked in various settings (community mental health center in rural USA; university counseling centers in the South and Midwest; a multi-disciplinary learning center in Southeast Asia; and group practices in DC and Northern Virginia), and have enjoyed the significant diversity of individuals and families I've worked with for the past 20 years.
