BIOGRAPHY:
I started my higher education with a BS degree in Early Childhood Education and an MS degree in Special Education. After 9 years teaching, including 2 years as a Special Education Coordinator, I realized that I was not making the difference I wanted and I decided to obtain a law degree. For 10 years I have been practicing law in DC and MD and helping families obtain services and accommodations for their children. My inside knowledge of how school system’s work, as well as having been in almost every position at an IEP meeting, uniquely positions me to better advise and assist my clients.
