BIOGRAPHY:
Rachel Wills has worked in the field of special education for over thirty years to assure that all students received the services they need and are entitled to. Rachel has experience working with students with intellectual disabilities, specific learning disabilities, ADHD, behavioral and mental health challenges, and anxiety and depression. She has worked with students on the autism spectrum along with those identified as twice exceptional. Rachel has served as an expert witness in legal proceedings for IEP services and custody determinations.
