SERVICES:
Working with bright children who see the world in unique ways is Sara’s passion. Taking a team approach, Sara works to foster a high level of communication surrounding each child. Working with a wide range of neurodiverse students (particularly dyslexia, dysgraphia, and ADHD) in multiple settings, Sara can assess student needs, build learning plans, and provide tutoring and mentoring for individual students. Sara enjoys coaching parents on how to apply educational testing to build routines and structures within the home. For schools, she works to foster differentiation to support all students in their foundational years.
BIOGRAPHY:
25+ years’ experience as a special educator, master’s degree in elementary and special education with a concentration in working with students on the Autism Spectrum, learning and reading specialist, advocate for dyslexic, dysgraphic, and ADHD students, executive function coach for parents, lover of: books, fur babies, family, and all things on the water.
