Think Differently. The Nora School is an intentionally small, college preparatory high school that works to bring out the best in bright students with diverse learning styles, from ADHD to simply a desire for more connections. Many students find their way to Nora because they became frustrated in large, impersonal institutions, while others are looking for a richer, more engaging education without the emphasis on standardized testing. Our mission is to help our students find their own unique path in life. We get them excited and confident about learning. We prepare them for college, and for life. We are a Title 9 school, and welcome a diversity of races, creeds, economic backgrounds and lifestyles. Celebrating over 50 years, we are growing with an expanded building, yet remaining intentional in our personalized approach.
