Services include IEP/504 plan development and attending meetings, disciplinary issues, standardized testing accommodations, case analysis, mediation/dispute resolution, due process hearings, appellate proceedings, and parent training/presentations. We serve clients in all 23 Maryland counties and Baltimore City and have provided advocacy and pro hac vice representation for individuals in jurisdictions outside the state of Maryland, including Virginia.
