Tonda Taylor Bean is passionate about giving youth the vision, system, and skills to find, prepare for, and enter a career that will give them fulfillment, financial independence. and a solid start as young adults. Along with an MBA, and an MS in Applied Behavioral Science, she has 15 years of corporate experience, over 10 years as a Girl Scout leader, and more than 20 years as a mother of 2. All of that is woven into the work of her company Wisdom In Minutes: Youth Success Strategies. For Tonda, active career exploration for youth is more than a service, it’s a mission.
